Timing
Generally, goods will dispatch within 1 or 2 days after you placed your order.
In case this takes longer our friendly servicedesk will contact you to inform you.
Returns
Goods can be returned within 14 days after purchase. A refund of the purchase amount will be issued to the client if following conditions are met:
– goods must be in their original packaging. T-Shirts must not have been worn and washed.
– wooden gear must look the way they were sent: unworn and unscratched.

Important: we send the packages via Mondial Relay. This delivers to the nearest pick-up point of the shipping address.
